Who We’re Looking For:

Therabody is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to grow the Therabody brand and revenue goals through Therabody retail stores and Reset locations. Partnering with cross-functional leads, this marketing lead will plan, develop and execute omni-channel retail marketing plans to:

  1. build awareness, visitor traffic and membership for our premium Reset wellness center
  2. launch new products and services
  3. drive ongoing sales momentum for our existing ecosystem of products

This Senior Marketing Manager will bring both strategic leadership, strong project management experience and executional skills to create and deliver on retail and hospitality solutions at both a brand and local level. Working closely with the Therabody Retail Team and sitting in the Marketing organization, this individual will help plan, deliver and measure the impact of marcom initiatives while constantly optimizing for respective sales and revenue KPIs.

The ideal candidate has a background in hospitality/guest services/member subscription models at a digital and geo-targeted level and embraces the opportunity to build out marketing strategy, tools and process for Therabody Reset and Retail. They offer both an innovative and analytical approach to formulate creative marketing plans, execute and quickly pivot based on the data when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the VP, Product/Brand and the Therabody Retail leads in creating and managing cross-functional marketing strategies and execution for Therabody Retail and Reset
  • Activate new market and store locations prior to opening, including organizing presale campaigns, lead generation, loyalty programs and overall market awareness. This includes:
  • Successfully launch new Reset locations:
  • develop the “Reset” story within the larger Therabody brand so it’s a cohesive piece of our ecosystem
  • create local marketing efforts within Reset geos and with various real estate property groups for grand opening and sustain programs
  • work with the Retail team and the go-to-market manager to ensure we achieve key milestones leading up to an effective announce
  • coordinate with internal teams to amplify Reset, including social media, press, web, targeted email, influencers and cross-promotional opportunities to broaden awareness, trail and consideration. This includes strategy, copy and photography assets
  • Membership and ongoing engagement:
  • develop and formulate membership programs and service packages to accelerate presale velocity and membership base. This includes collaborating with Finance on KPIs, revenue modeling, segmentation, activation, referrals and experiences to support key audience acquisition and personalization
  • partner across organization on the development and execution of a robust member activation calendar with perks focused on member acquisition, increased repeat purchase rates, higher average order value, and overall brand loyalty with a specialty in subscription and geo-targeted member acquisition
  • conduct monthly pre-planning lifecycle and relationship marketing activities each month including strategic outreach for securing member referrals and evergreen loyalty initiatives in email, in-app and SMS campaigns.
  • expand member journey using the full customer data set across all platforms, exploiting the full, multi-channel customer journey
  • Infrastructure and optimization:
  • identify needs and program priorities for data tracking such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook pixels, and paid ads

  • become a category expert on ever-changing new market trends, competitive analysis and customer insights related to help us make data-driven decisions and achieve key KPIs

The Right Person Would Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 7+ years of retail / channel marketing experience at a CPG or CE company or a fast growing company that has scaled
  • Extensive experience in acquiring and activating new memberships at a local and geo-targeted level.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter with energy, drive and determination to accomplish goals and demonstrated ability to multitask, set priorities, stay focused, and set clear milestones
  • Results-oriented and possess strong project management skills
  • Creative-minded and strong problem-solving ability
