Let’s face it – most cybersecurity companies suck at social media. Wiz is hiring a seasoned Social Media Manager to help us stand out from the unicorn herd.

As our social media guru, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our corporate accounts and all social projects across the company. We’re looking for someone seriously creative who isn’t afraid to experiment with new channels and approaches, whether it’s TikTok or Reddit AMAs. You should be a skilled writer who can adapt their work for different platforms and have a proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the VP Communications, you’ll work with every team in the company — from Brand tos ecurity research and product marketing — to create our voice and tone on social media and establish Wiz as THE definitive authority on cloud security.

What You'll Do

• Drive Social Media Strategy, Calendar & Budget: As our first Social Media Manager, you’re the owner of your own business. You’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and executing our entire social media strategy and calendar.  
• Write, Edit, Rinse, Repeat: When it comes to social content, it’s your world and we’re just living in it. You’ll create posts daily for Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and other channels.
• Drive Results & Track Performance: You’ll work hand-in-hand with marketing and brand to help create multimedia assets for our target audience and track the performance of your content.
• Prove Success & Scale Program: You’ll be able to hire freelancers and agencies to help scale content programs that work. The more successful you are, the more resources you’ll get. The long-term goal is to build a world class, in-house social media team.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of relevant experience in social media, preferably at a tech company  
• Proven track record creating compelling content for multiple social media channels
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, high standards and painstaking attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment, initiate projects and drive them to completion  
• Collaborative spirit -- you’ll be working with team members across the company, contractors, and agencies
• Passion for building a function from the ground up
